spotlighted = someone with more points likes your build enough to attempt to force feed it to others

Curated is when your craft is deemed vr capable by the curators. Spotlighting is kind of like upvoting someone's post but instead of giving it upvotes it puts it in the Jet Stream of the followers of the person who spotlighted.

Curated means your build works well in VR, and spotlighted means that the people following whoever spotlighted see your craft in their jet stream.
