The M.S.S Kymera launched U.A.V’s.
The First cruise missile was intercepted by a U.A.V. A Brilliant fireball bloomed.
The Second Cruise Missile, however, slammed into the starboard side. The Kymera tilted to port. Flames engulfed the carrier deck.
Wëls juddered. He ran topside, and hopped into a T-2. He slammed the throttle forward and flew off the deck as the Kymera slipped beneath the waves.

The attackers were a cell of the insurgents that seized our capital and launched cruise missile attacks on our fleet. We liberated the capital and captured the ringleaders.

@X99STRIKER no, they didn’t think the Kymera was capable of launching a counteroffensive, even though one missile missed the charge of the second was strong enough to throw the control tower/superstructure off of the ship.

@X99STRIKER In canon, the data collection module was severely damaged and retrieved from the wreck alongside the vcr. The time was all that remained.
