I have a recurring problem on my planes mostly jets so they basicly flip up and the only way to fix this it seems is to make the horizontal stables huge like bigger then the planes main wingspan plz help!

The issue may be that your center of lift is in front of your center of mass. If you go press the button with three circles balanced on a fulcrum, you can see the centers of lift and mass. The center of lift is the blue circle, while the center of mass is the red circle. To make the plane stable, you need to move the red circle to the front of the plane. You can do this by adding weight to the front of the plane, or removing it from the rear. If this does not solve your issue, I do not know what will.
