I wanted to detail the bottom room but I have no idea what its purpose is or what to put in there. If anyone can show me a boat that looks identical to it or specific images of the room, that would be great. Thanks in advance.

The bottom room is the “Texas deck” (so called because many areas are named after states, and at one time it was the largest state in the United States of America, like how the captain’s quarters is the largest area in said tugboat). It usually contains the crew quarters. More information in here.
