So, We all know that rotators have a free spin function, the problem is when you want to power something (like a wheel) you need to add some VTOL thrusters, wich can make your creation fly away to the far lands or interfear with other thrusters (and then your beatifull plane crashes).

Why not add a speed control like it has when it's not free spin? As return, you could make them use some fuel.
