Remember the forum post from a year ago where all 5 devs upvoted?
Will there be an SP2?
Yeah that showed the community that SP2 is either
A) In the works
B) Is a conversation among the devs
or C) Devs making us look like dills.
I personally think that for SP to progress further, we need a new game. The devs do say that it's hard to update SP given it's made on such an old build of Unity.
So my point?
I think that SP2 is either SPVR - or a new SP game itself - which I'd be really happy if it was!
All in all though, the devs for this game are awesome, and I thank all of them for the effort they've put into making this game the game it is today.

You guys have no clue. SP runs on a really old build of unity meaning it’s hard to update now.

@Kangy Why to build a SP2 requiring lots of time for programming why not simply update the game in some weeks?

@xNotDumb never said they’d just update this site - they did the same for SR, so I’d think they’d do a similar thing
@DeveloperKorzalerke that is a really good idea - not sure if it’s viable though.
@Kangy Why would they make a new site? Just move all the SP1 stuff to a "Legacy" section and put the SP2 stuff on the front page etc.

Yeah they’d either just update this website for it or make a new one which I think is a better idea for the community. @xNotDumb
@Sparky6004 that's true but with new tools like fuselage slicing, a lot of 1000+ part builds can be made in 500 parts.
They won't make another website for SP2

Now, my turn.
I agree with you, a new game would be a good idea but at the same time, the game is already in itself hard to run on a majority of the devices the players of this game have. Pointing to android “cMoN cLeArLy MoDs cAn bE oN aNdRoId sO gIvE iT”
That would also waste thousand of hours people put into certain builds, and people still building. So I would genuinely hope that they add a system to move all builds on the current website to the second game, or have an ability to download on SP1 or SP2.
