Very unlikely due to the fact how will you get the Steam presser to get the engine to handle supersonic speeds and if you did manage that congratulations but then you have to look at the issue of the weight and then the body of your plane which further more will decrease your speed due to the plane needs lift which will need to be compensated by speed which will make you go back to the drawing board of the issue of size, weight and how much coal you'll need to burn and water then you have the issue of your plane blowing up cause of the stresses and steam pressure so no it is very very very unlikely or even impossible more to the point
