It would be nice to have this in SimplePlanes.

Hi there!

As I was building today, I realised it would be nice if it was possible to press a single button on our keyboard to perform some actions in the designer, rather than having use our mouse to navigate through some menu's.

I think it would be a blessing to have a keybind which would instandly remove all connections of the selected part. Also, a keybind that would switch between the 'Selected Part' and 'Connected Parts' modes seems like a nice addition.

They should also have buttons to change the view to front, side and top so that it is much easier to take custom screenshots 😸

Yeah, 100% agree with this, I work in a CAD program for school with hotkeys and it makes life so much easier.

if you have designersuite right clicking (w/ show connections on) does the first one (second idea is a banger)

Holding shift while dragging a part will break it away from all connected parts and drag it alone. There were also a bunch of new designer inputs added in the steam deck compatibility update that was pushed.
