Search planesofold toolbox, download it and inside there are a some wings which look ordinary. But they have been XML Modded (I guess) so they will never break flap bend or flop.
Edit: Those wings saved my life and a majority of my planes
It depends on what is wrong. Sometimes using a lot of small wing sections can cause this, so replacing as many as you can with structural wings can help. Sometimes there's just a daft glitch with attaching the parts, so pulling them off and reattaching them or mirroring from the opposite side from usual can sort it. If none of these things work, upload it unlisted and give me a link, I'll take a look

The title sounds like a rip off of flappy bird
@HamFam870 presumably with, unless you want to lose lift for some reason
build it with many structural wings and use primary wings only when you want to add any control surface
