As an European living in the same time zone, i upload my builds friday/Saturday evening. Around 6pm till 10pm. Its evening in Europe, evening/begin night in Asia, and midday in America. Works for me

It actually kind of does. If the majority of people are offline, the build doesn't get enough activity/attention and kind of just falls into the background.

Doesn't really matter. Simpleplanes is international so there's almost always someone active to check out builds.

I usually upload when it says 10:00AM on the bottom of the site in the big black box
I don't think it makes much of a difference honestly, i just upload things whenever they're done.
