Did you forget the link to the plane and instead used a rickroll instead? If you do, go here (it’s, as of now, 7.7 years ago). Note that the “Dev comment” is missing there and the most recent comments (at the time of this comment) are about more than 5 years ago.

Dev account? Where did you see that? The error might be because the site no longer allows anonymous accounts so it can't send a notification.
