@Theonebeardarmy if you have the PC version, you can xml edit it or use the nudge controls. On android, you can xml edit. On Apple systems, I think you're out of luck, but I can do it for you if build everything else and then send it to me.
How would you do that or could you or someone else do that for me.

The only way you could really do this would be to put several smaller stabilisers in the exact same place, all clipped through each other. There's no way to make a single part do this.
