Spore is a game with a creative element and it has an option called Ban. Banned works are not automatically created in the game, and this feature is not necessary for Spore, since the performance of any work is strictly limited by the rules of the game. Sadly simplePlanes doesn't have the same options, but built-in mods can be used to make scary things like planes with nuclear bombs. This makes ban a necessity, at least my planes are often blown to pieces by crashed nuke planes during test flights, or killed by overpowered planes during free hunting.
