Why the piston part connection is so "unstable" ? How can i fix it.

I'm finishing the cockpit of my ww2 plane, with the last thing to put is to make it open and close. The theoretically perfect part for this is the PISTON, but it is only theoretically, as the connection is VERY woobly

How do I resolve this? Don't want to resort to one like on the Bf-109

@V I just removed the mass and drag from the moving part, that's all (also disabling collisions, obviously)

Actually I already solved it, currently I'm writing the description of the plane that has this problem

That's the neat part, you don't.

Try setting the mass of everything connected to the piston (e.g. the moving part of the canopy) to 0. Should help at least somewhat.
