After looking through other posts, I noticed that some people have been called out for incorrectly tagging people. Are there rules for tagging? If so, what are they?

@ZeroWithSlashedO Ok. Thanks!
@TheFlightGuySP
Technically speaking, unlimited.
Practically speaking, probably as much as around 1800 tags... You can only tag 3 dudes per message though.
@ZeroWithSlashedO That is what I have seen on other posts. I just want to make sure that I tag "correctly". That being said, is there a limit to how many tags a post can include (3, 4, etc...)?
Kind of more of an invisible rule.
You can't get into massive troubles with it, but you know you will be sort of called out, I dunno how to word it out.
Spam tagging randos though is a different case, that's just outright annoying and troublesome.
@HuskyDynamics01 Right. But there is no limit to how many tags a post can include?
Generally, you're only "supposed to" tag people that have specifically requested to be tagged (usually by commenting some variation of "T" on a teaser forum). Just tagging random people out of the blue is rather frowned upon.
