Did you install them via the steam workshop or via .spmod? Try the website if you used steam or vice versa
@ActullyObama you deleted the mods and reinstalled them? It didn't work?

The only way I know if your kids don’t appearance is when you download on a different device. If you can’t see the mods in game but there in the mods file, idk how to help
