The cooldown is also far longer than SimplePlanes.
SR2 just isn't as active as SP, sadly.
I think its because of a meme
There aren’t anywhere near as many people on SR2 as there are that play SP. thus, the number of people that upvote stuff compared to raw downloads is higher but there are far fewer downloads
