how do i download planes on laptop?

i just got simpleplanes on my laptop. but how do i download planes from the web?

just gonna check does my plane works well on PC/Laptop

    Copy the URL of the plane's page and in the editor press Ctrl+L

    Click download, and then click on the .splane file you just downloaded.
