I see that I'm nearing 10,000 points that could be reached shortly and planning to create a war challenge based on @Yourlocalhuman's trilogy of war challenges, with minor revisions of rules and based on real-world countries.
So, the rules will be:
1. the Allies, the Axis and neutrals are the main factions.
2. Events anounced are based on real-life events that can be altered while the challenge is ongoing.
3. Players have infinite entries by using resources and will choose the country of origin of the aircraft, or the player decided what will be his or her allegiance.
4. The Allies are based on Wright airport, while the Axis are based on the Yeager airport.
5. Defense are not equal: The Axis has its own medium-sized navy while the Allies has a small navy.
6. Loadouts are provided by the moderator itself.
7. Neutral countries are open to decide what will they do on the current situation.
8. Aircraft could be procured only if you are in the same faction, but neutral countries can offer aircraft to literally everyone.
9. Maximum parts: 550; Maximum performance cost: 2300.
10. Engine limit — Fighters, 2. Bombers, 4 to 6. However this wont count to German, Soviet and US aircrafts (Ju 390, ANT-20 and B-36)
11. Jet aircraft only appears in 1942 (P-59 Airacomet)
12. No missiles until 1948. Afterwards, you can use the Guardian missile which has half the performance and size.
13. Tanks and other vehicles are allowed.
14. Use roundels than swastikas (optional).
15. Fictional aircraft are appreciated. However I can still allow real aircraft.
16. No tank tracks mod.
17. Be a fair designer.
The winner and the aircraft that stood the most will get an upvote and a spotlight, if I can.
Stock aircraft would be real aircraft.
I'm eyeing Spark1645's creations alongside mine's.
