I know using them to straight up insult users is considered cyberbullying & not allowed according to the site's rules until recently I saw some posts containing them that are used for expression, it kinda bothers me when seeing them because I don't usually swear in real life, also these non-swear words "ratio + cope + nerd + nobody cares + no one asked + you fell off + bozo + fatherless + touch grass + etc" did bother me at first until I knew they're actually jokes.

Ok so, depends on the word, frick, is not a reportable word… however the other words like the f bomb, I’ll remove most likely or edit out, most the other milder ones, eh depends on how it’s used, if it’s used against a player or build I’ll edit or remove it, if it’s for like “aw s— I messed up on this” I’ll probably let it go

The "ratio + cope + nerd" stuff is intended as jokes. Basically friendly messing around between users.
They don't moderate every swear word. It says so in the rules. As long as you aren't using the F-bomb like a comma and you aren't insulting people with swears, it's not a huge issue.
