I'm working on a new build with suspension.
Problems keep appearing but I've fixed most of them so far. This one's just kinda stuck. It's an inconsistency- despite both sides containing the exact same part and connection, one seems to decide to be weak.
That's not the only problem with this build, but the only one i want to address is this. The front left (Front View) somehow has the Resizable Wheel part bump up and down as if it had suspension enabled (it does not) and the connection sphere does not stay in place, and the "pedestal" that the Shock part rests on somehow makes the shock move sideways.
These are parts are subjected to the same load (braking)
LEFT
RIGHT
If you would like to investigate this for yourself, the build link is below.

The point is that unless the shock can move freely along whatever the axis the shock will behave unpredictably... if drive the truck with enough speed you will see the other shock behave similarly ...

@SpiritusRaptor No, actually that was intentional. I locked the wishbone by doing that, the tire on the front left doesn't wobble, but the other one did.
@MVC What's this?

One of the hinge rotators on the wishbone is set to 10% speed which means it won't move freely. With out this flex then the shock will behave the way you are describing, which is if it can't freely move it is going to wobble and appear to disconnect from parts but not disconnect...
@SPNonsensical the only ones I know are
None
Default
andDisconnectOnly
@MrShenanigansSP Unrelated, but related to your comment- do you know what other aircraftCollisionResponse properties there are?
Is there a hinge at the top and bottom of the shock?
remember to keep part mass to 1 or above, if that doesn't work try mirroring the working side over.
Maybe try adding weight to the parts that are wobbling or maybe try putting
DisconnectOnly
beside theaircraftCollisionResponse

I've checked connections, XML properties, and tried multiple methods to fix the issue. However, I couldn't find a solution.
There's a possibility that it's a bug of some sort, but I could be wrong.
