It's not exactly that Honda™️ stuff is necessarily allowed (mere mention of the trademark Honda™️/making a replica of any Honda™️ in this game doesn't put you in big trouble), it was the fact that a user posted a replica of a Honda™️ with the manufacturer's badge on it.

Basically, Honda's logo is trademarked. To use it legally, you have to pay Honda™️ a sum of money to use said badge. It's like asking for permission with extra steps. Most racing games go this way to legally display the Honda™️ badge in their games.
Otherwise, using it with minimal alteration that is still as recognizable as the Honda™️ logo would likely get you a class action lawsuit up your door, depending on how you used it.
Now if that case was to happen, the user would have to pay Honda™️. But I digress.

Honda™️ threatened to sue Jundroo™️, and so that build is now deleted to avoid a possible lawsuit.
