Every one of my planes keeps rocking its wings im guessing when I reach a certain altitude. It keeps rocking its wings like I’m being hijacked. I keep trying to correct it but it seems like the only way to stop it is to hand fly it and that’s a really tedious job. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It just happens when the control surfaces are too sensitive. I can't use autopilot with some of my more unstable planes like the F-104 because of that. I think it has to do with how fast the autopilot can adjust, which I guess isn't very fast, or just not as fast as a human or the computer on something like an F-16 can, which is meant to be unstable and requires a computer to fly
