When I pitch up/down my plane will suddenly slow its pitch and then pick it up again and after you release the pitch joystick it rocks a bit. I play on IOS; How do I fix this? Please feel free to use XML to help.

Adjust the center of mass or center of lift. Try moving them closer together or farther apart and see what happens.
