If it’s bouncing when taking off from a runway than you need to lower you’re angle of climb and maybe increase the power of your engine. And maybe bigger wings.
I think I might of miss wrote this but still this will help @HuskyDynamics01
If it's bouncing when/after spawning, try increasing the damper of the suspension (if applicable). If it's bouncing around during the catapult launch, decrease the acceleration rate (you can do this by adding a catapult connector and editing its settings).
