F-16C Block 52 Viper V5.0 Progress (1)

A new coat of paint, with the blue tail band of the 8th Fighter Wing

I was able to make some progress on the Viper. I completely reshaped the section around the airbrakes and was actually able to make the angle of the airbrakes parallel to the elevons, unlike my previous Vipers.

I'm also going to ditch the default weapons, since even when scaled to match the AIM-9 and AIM-120's actual dimensions, they're just not accurate, especially the diameter.

AIM-9M Sidewinder and AIM-120B AMRAAM

I'm still trying to keep part counts down, so the AIM-9M is 13 parts and the AIM-120B is 11 parts and able to be easily converted into an AIM-120C using fuselage cutting on the fins. A 2x Sidewinder and 6x AMRAAM loadout would total 92 parts.

There's also going to be a some changes to the balancing/stats of missiles in general.

The total part count is 347, 48 of which is missiles. I'm probably going to make my builds slightly higher part counts in general, but under 500 is still a goal.

@WolfHunter9111 Yeah I'll leave the cockpit to you :)
In the mean time I did put the canopy frame lines so I guess you won't have to worry about those

Good design. Good design. You want to write your assignment but you don't have enough time to finish it on time. For this reason, I searched for it online and discovered a website that allows me to buy assignments. This website, https://www.topessaywriting.org/buy-assignment, has been a great help to me in submitting my assignment on time.

    @Ded Thank you!
I think we used a pretty similar technique for the airbrakes. I basically did that with sideways fuselage blocks and used rise to get the angle.
    .
An F-2A would be interesting. I probably won't be able to convert this into one, but we'll see. If anything though, I'm probably gonna try to do an Su-27 or F-15 next to get more experience with these features on a different airframe.

welcome to the world of custom missiles. :>
    .
Good design for the airbrakes too. I built an F-16E Block 60 for myself recently and yeah, getting the angle on that section of the plane is surprisingly tricky. I ended up using several long cylinder-cornered parts and fuselage cutting to get the effect (plus hidden airbrakes to actually provide the brake power)
    .
I'd love to see your recent skill level applied to an F-2A Viper Zero sometime. :)

@IceCraftGaming We'll see. Out of curiosity, ehat do you consider mobile friendly?
@donkski Hard maybe. But if I do one, it'll still be low fidelity
