In 2028, the Kulsa Army was formed as a peace keeping paramilitary organization stationed in the United States, they have been approved a location near the coast, and the Kulsa Army Main Base was built.
Kulsa Army seeks Alliance, and so they formed the Naval Alliance, and they seek whoever is interested in joining them in peace keeping, and Counter-Terrorism operations.
Joining is free and your military will be a member of the Naval Alliance.
