You can't make money off them is all pretty much. I can't remember what else there is and I'm not sure where to find the page explaining it.

One major no-no is to try and sell creations as models or something. All the parts in-game are created by Jundroo and are thus their property. They are under a creative-commons licence, but trying to sell SP creations is violating that licence and if I've got it right, illegal too.
@HuskyDynamics01 That's pretty much what I thought, I was just curious if there were official guidelines or a license or something.
Rule of thumb: If it's your creation, you can pretty much do whatever you want with it. If it's someone else's creation (even if only partially), either get their explicit permission or don't do it at all.
