@WhenGoatsFly he might just want to jettison ordnance which is easy to solve, but I do actually want missiles to fire even with no lock. See in a nutshell, an example is that chaff don't cause an aircraft to disappear from radar like a stealth plane, it just makes radar think there are suddenly a retarded amount of new radar contacts that it didn't detect previously. Basically SP has it wrong.
I have an idea how to... well, not fix it, but aleast allow missiles to fire independently of lock, one by one, thanks to some programming experience, albeit Funkytrees is unlike anything I commonly work with.
I wish SP had it so you wouldn't need a lock by default to fire a missile, as the vanilla thing is unrealistic. Ideally, after you drop flares, the missile of the aggressor would lock right onto it if it's heatseeker, and it'd go into the chaff cloud if it's a radar guided missile. Heck, heatseekers sometimes go for the sun. They don't have the ability to feel confused and just decide not to go for it... But that is EXACTLY what happens in SimplePlanes, smh.
I really hope SP2 addresses this issue.

Just attach it to a wing pylon and drop it, it will automatically activate and fire at wherever the gun reticle is pointed.
Give it a detacher or a pylon and give either of those a activator. I'm on mobile beta too!
A bit off topic but does this mean mobile is getting the AI dogfights?

You can actually the lylon is a detacher when you detach missiles with it they are armed and fired using 1 or whatever number you set @TomTheBuilder

You can by using detachers and pylons! Set the detacher group to whatever you'd like and attach the missiles to it. It'll fire and release on that group, try it out.
