Mod FairFireFlight  1.9 years ago

Reworked Fuselage Splitter!

So I remade my Original Fuselage Splitter, now it's an easy to use GUI rather than a clunky console window.

@FairFireFlight yes, i know but i have multiple fuselages joined together end to end and it would take a long time to slice each and every one one by one so i was wondering if i could slice along the length of multiple fuselages

@Rakoval500k you just have to install java from their website

@Red920 @jamesPLANESii @TheFlightGuySP I agree, This is something that would improve building in the game by a large amount for things like splitting fuselage blocks that are the shape of wings for making them fold for aircraft carriers.

This application requires Java Runtime Environment.
I think it would be good of you to provide an instruction about how to "mate" the Java program with this tool of yours. Googling doesn't really help here due to understandable reasons.

@FairFireFlight Sadly It's Not Working For Me, (This Application Requires A Java Runtime Environment)

might be a silly question, but can't you use the partial fill feature to get this same effect?

@MrCOPTY Hmm... It would be useful for splitting wings into sections automatically instead of manual wing calculation.
It would also be nice for landing gear/weapon bays, especially on aircraft that use paneling.

Yes, This Would Be Better Than Manually Calculating Ratios.

Interesting! I've made a Python script which does the exact same function, but it's more clunky and outputs values to the console (plus you need Python installed). This one is more suited to the general community.

This is the thing that's so dearly missing in SP
