My pc isn’t working. Help?

I have a 2013 lenovo edge 15. I found spyware on it and deleted it, factory resetted it, and it refuses to even run chrome.
Can anyone help?

    Try delating chrome and re-download it also I suggest that you get a VPN or some type of high quality security
