Hi. I have absolutely no experience whatsoever with modding this game or using Unity, just to put out that disclaimer right away lol.
I enjoy fighting the AI, and my goal is to add additional AI convoys, additional groups of AI ships, and if possible (though the fact that I can't find an already-existing mod that does this makes me think it isn't possible) AI aerial squadrons around the default sandbox map. I don't want to create a new map, or create a mod level or challenge or anything like that, just simply add new AI units to the default sandbox map.

My main inspiration for this is the "Skypark Navy" mod, I was impressed with how it added so much more gameplay to Simple Planes with such a simple idea.
