It almost have same description/rules from @StugnaATGM’s challenges, amazing features will be added (like working personnels).

Example:
Japanese Cruiser Chikuma
EXAMPLES OF THE 9TH RULE:
The Royal Australian Navy’s (RAN) Collins Class submarine HMAS Farncomb has successfully sunk a target ship, the 12,106-tonne former USNS (United States Navy Ship) Kilauea in Hawaii.
HMS Torrens creating an epic explosion after getting hit by a torpedo fired by a submarine
Final Notes:
About the last rule I mentioned in the rules, you are only allowed to use free to use Turrets and Hulls but if you are not lazy enough you can build your own turret or hull
The reason I highlighted some of the some of the words black because those are the important details.
If you are going to make a low part frigate, make it Simple as Possible
Aircraft carriers must have working planes that can take off and land back at the aircraft carrier, you can use a magnet to lock the plane on the flight deck after you land the plane.
Scratch the splitting in half part, I just realized how hard it is....
