Near joint base Andrews north of it a little highway I think near the strip a plane just stopped moving mid air on my radar it slowly started to seem more like it crashed the lil code tag thing was SAM943 it was a boeing c-40b I can't find any info about it I would appreciate some help
I was looking on a flight radar and I saw a plane that didn't appear to move I think it crashed

The ADS-B exchange shows its last known location as being over the highway at 118 knots, 125 feet AGL and descending. Given that it no longer shows up on current ADS-B tracking, it's likely that the aircraft ceased transmitting positioning data just prior to touchdown.
