So Out of boredom and free time, i decided to make a Replica of the pensylvania railroad 6110.

If it looks bad, this is just 2 days of work, it will probably take 2 weeks to complete.

The internals and gears are complete, now off to finish the cylinders and add connectingrods.
The lamps, runningnumber, pumps, other bodywork and working lights will follow soon.

Last i'll work on the tender and bogeys, wich will hold the batteries and RC electronics.

Day 2

The reason the connectingrods are not connected to the valvegear is becouse of curves, i realy do not have a huge space to run this beast. So i had to take some realism away and make it articulated to get around that problem

The mechanism is based on severall locomotives.
The main drivetrain.
It is a mix of the Jouef 9201 (the AWD version) and the Rivarossi big boy (single motor variant) for the motor placement.

The bogey to wheels connection.
The bogeys are a mix of the Jouef 9202 and the drivetrain of several early fleishmann locomotives
