OK, so, I know the mobile update is here. But the website is still outdated. The weapons have been added but I still can't download armed planes, only make them. Any ideas when this will be possible?

You can download all planes by going to your manage account page and turning on "show beta planes" then you have to press save and voila
It is possible that it is not the website. I would try re installing it. It has fixed similar issues in the past. How ever yes the site needs a little work put into it
