when I set the minigun in my aircraft pods, it can shoot all at once.
but other weapon like cannon cannot shoot like volley fire.

@EasternPatrick I just set it to zero and see no problems
One thing I know is that you set all the cannons to really low reload speed (but NOT zero) and one cannon for the desired reload. I might be wrong tho, check other forums regarding this issue
