Hi everyone, so I have decided to make a return to the simpleplanes community after not playing for months, and I've just started learning how to build planes using the new advanced fuselages. I've been working on a fictional late-ww2 german multirole german jet, which has an annoying auto rolling issue that I can't seem to get to the bottom of. It likes to roll to the right for whatever reason.

When i tested it i had no issues with autorolling, maybe it has something to do with physics quality?
I once had the same issue. My joystick's calibration was funar and gave my planes a tendency to roll to the left. Very annoying. Your build worked for me btw, no rolling issiues.
@LieutenantSOT no need to apologize!!! thank you for the help :D
And sorry!! Didn't realize it had trim lol
@Brencool35 ooh, okay!! Sounds awesome!! Please do! I want to see her when she's all done!
.
Okay!! Cool, cool, that's what I figured. Nice!!
.
Glad I could help!! Yeah, it's weird 😂
I dunno
@LieutenantSOT Also yes, I was going for the underpowered jet feel because it is supposed to be a VERY early jet fighter from the late 40s early 50s. But maybe it could use being a bit more maneuverable.
@LieutenantSOT Weird, maybe the auto roll is just a personal issue with my computer. Thank you for the critiques! I did however add trim, I is inverted though. I am just used to it being that way, I'll make sure to make that clear when I upload this. Thank you for the help! I'll make sure to tag you in the post.
I hope this helps. Sorry, I just was bored and thought I'd help out. I don't mean to come off as an ass 😂
I have to say, the plane is gorgeous!!
I have a few critiques besides the issue you're asking about:
1. You should add trim to the elevators, the plane will be difficult to fly without it (you just add "+ (Trim/2)")
2. The elevators need to move an extra 5 degrees, or the wings need to be larger in them, unless you're going for the underpowered jet feel, which I'm all for, but it still feels damn near impossible to stay in the air because you can't stop holding the pitch control, as there is no Trim
3. The fuselage itself is gorgeous! My only critique is that you should slice the grey parts from the green so it doesn't make those clipping glitches
4. The issue you asked about, the auto roll
I'm on high graphics and physics, and it seems all fine to me! The plane stays level perfectly fine, it just drops from the sky. If you're talking about auto yaw, the plane does veer a bit to the right for me, but that's fine, it's only like 1 degree every 20 seconds, easily managed. The only thing I can think of is the nose gear needs to have a counter weight, or a second wheel or something to keep it straight. Other than that, it's fine to me!
I myself doesn't currently know how to fix autoroll, maybe someone will find it and help you
