So, I'm making a rear landing gear in my Su-70, but this annoying/weird bouncing of the wheels is really dissapointing and frustrating to see.
The gear has two fuselage blocks (cylinders), one rotator and 3 hinge rotators, that retract the whole system. It seems that these rotators may be the cause to such "bouncing".
Does anyone know how to solve it?
I think that some players have encountered this same problem many times before, right?
Stock landing gear go brrrrr
Dat stance tho
You need more mass on the rotator and the parts of the landing gear, but before all of that, add mass to the wheels themselves, that usually helps!
Thank you for your responses
Increase the mass of your rotators and the parts they attach to
Make springs stronger or something
@Dragoranos I guess so, yeah
@IceCraftGaming ik but unless the plane is unfinished this does not seem to be the case
@Dragoranos I guess, but custom stuff just work better sometimes because you can 99% customize it.
@IceCraftGaming This is not possible sometimes
Its landing gear design is extremely similar to the stock in the game, why don't you use it? Unnecessary complexity doesn't make you better at the game.
I learned this while making this plane
You can do a redesign on it too.
Put your physics to high
I don't want to upload the build with this awful performance, so any help, tip or suggestion is highly appreciated
Also, only when it acelerates the bouncing decreases a little bit, but while standing still it gets even worse
