Need advice in making a challenge +Help in finding good name for a challenge

So I'm thinking about creating a challenge, even if not many people participate, and need some commentary on the idea and help in finding a good name for the challenge.

My main idea is something like a vintage challenge, but with a theme of a postwar design committee (like for example the Brabazon Committee), as in the aircraft will be created to one of few types/classes (haven't decided if I'm going to give a list of those or just let players generally make something that realistically will be a "good future airliner" in the eyes of someone in the post-war (late 40s-early 50s) world, but probably more likely that ill just create a fairly extensive list of options).
Basically like a 'near future airliner/aircraft' challenge but that future is from a 40s perspective.

I get that the idea may sound a bit stupid and perhaps too complicated for a challenge, but still.

-I have thought about something like 'committee challenge' but it feels a bit vague and not particularly interesting,

Thanks in advance.

A hotdog challanges where you can creat a plane that spews mustards and ketchups with a cabbage bombs or a battle ship that fires a wallnut at a fast speed or a tank thats made of hamburgers or other sandwiches

As long as your description explains it thoroughly, and you’re responsive to people’s questions, it should be fine for a challenge. And if you’re just making a challenge for the heck of it, why not?
