@FedexGuy Depends. With these kinds of things the problem is almost always on the side of the website, so you'll have to wait as long as it takes for it to be resolved. Normally less than an hour or two, but it can take longer sometimes.
...Yes. The first one pretty clearly says that the site is temporarily down for whatever reason (it's rather unlikely that the site has moved to a new address, so assume it's just down). The second one means that something got borked within the site itself. Usually both resolve themselves if given time.
