Shadow Operations, Founded in 2000 by a Mysterious man who Always wore a suit of highly advanced armor that was painted jet black with red trim around the edges of the suit's armor plating and joints, Known by the Galaxy as the "Darknight". The company has what seems like an infinite pool of money that they use to fund countless amounts of internal programs. During the year 2004 an alien entity, known as Anubis, a half mortal, half ascended Goa'Uld, attacked earth to try to take the ancient weapons platform that is in Antarctica. After the attack Shadow operations scavenged large amounts of alien scraps and used them to revers engineer a small prototype interstellar ship that they then used to steal then reverse engineer some Asgard Plasma Beams and Ship technology. They then used their tech to create the X-306, research on the project started in the year 2010 and was finished in the year 2020, with help from the research that the Stargate program has done. In early August, 2018 Shadow Operations made a deal with the US Government to takeover ALL space operations, and with help from everyone that worked at the SGC (Stargate Command) they were able to complete the research on the X-306. Then after the research and blueprints were done they began to build the ship, on the moon base because the amount of land that would have to be restricted on Earth's surface would cause way to much suspicion. The first ship Named "S.O.N. Phantom". They plan to keep upgrading the class of ship and eventually create new class with more powerful weapons, shields, and other upgrades.
