Does anyone know how the crew positions would bail out of a B-29 or Tu-4? I've looked for about 4 hours now, and can't find anything on it, only the B-17 and B-24.

@Bryan5 so the B-29’s bomb bay DOES have a hatch for the crew to use??
@Jaspy190 same, but you jump from the hatch/bay instead of the side doors

@Kangy assuming its the same, that means that the pressurized bomb bay tunnel has a hatch to bail out from, which is absolutely horrifying to think of.
this might have something, not sure though
The super fortress would’ve been similar to the Flying Fortress, it’s got similar crew positioning so I’d look at all the doors onboard to sort of guess where bailouts would occur
