@PlanariaLab ah ok I somewhat get it now, so basically you can make any part heavy as long as the turret is lightweight with the rotator having weight as well as long as its connected to a section of the cockpit
@MrShenanigansSP
To be precise, rigid body groups are divided according to parts that move, such as rotators.
This means that you can increase any of the parts as long as they belong to the same section as the cockpit.
The important thing is to lighten the weight towards the end sections.
It might be with the rotators damperMultiplier probably. Just make an xml input called "damperMultiplier" and set the value to 10000. If it doesn't work you could try to take apart other ship builds
how to solve a problem:
step 1:
identify the problem
step 2:
study the problem
step 3:
try a method you know
step 4:
if it doesn't work, do either:
- look into people's builds and see how they do it
- ask
step 5:
profit
The great Walv!s has a video on it right here

@V what’s a control base
Use a control base, they're rotators without the headache
@PlanariaLab wait increasing mass on the cockpit part helps with the rotators? Never knew about that
@PPLLAANNEE it still does the spin thing even if I make the thing it is rotating not weight anything
increase the mass of the rotator or decrease the mass of the parts the rotator is trying to rotate
@PlanariaLab Diagram too advanced for my low iq 10/0 stars please be stupid like me next time thanks :)
Oh you mean it does the little jiggle? the little wiggy? the little? the?
@ZeroWithSlashedO look at the d1’s turrets
@Hiimakeplanes
q1: what kind of "stable" are you talking about?
Image previously sent to others.
terminal parts could be with massscale=0.
DisableAircraftCollisions- True

@ZeroWithSlashedO I’m on step 4 rn and that’s not helping…..
