@Jaspy190 add a verticle stabilizer or two, depending on the wing, add as many control surfaces as possible, then use XML to shrink the stabilizer size down to the smallest possible decimal you can make, so its got those stabilzers but its impossible to see. If you don't want a yaw control, before you do thst just turn off the input for the stabilizers, and it should still work.

if you don't put a vertical stabilizer, it doesn't have a way to stabilize itself in the yaw so it just veers off

you can just put a hidden vertical stabilizer
or
if you're crazy, you can use some other measures I won't mention
