WOMAN KILLED WITH AXE BY LOCAL LOTTERY WINNER

In Lordistan City, an unidentified woman was found slashed in her living room with an axe.
Based on the evidence, including a briefcase filled with money, detectives from the divisional CID assume that the murder was due to jealousy.
The lottery winner, whose name was Petteri Cockscomb, was arrested by police just 10 minutes after the body was found. The suspect confessed that he did it, but he says he "wasn't jealous or anything".
If proven guilty, the suspect can be sentenced to 10 years imprisonment.

FATAL CRASH IN AVALANCHE AIRPORT

On the night before yesterday, there was a fatal drive-by on one of the mountain roads leading to Avalanche Airport. A car driven by a young man veered off the road, hit houses and finally stopped upside down on the side of the runway.
Ch Supt Michael Vonel of the Airport Division says the cause of the accident is most obviously speeding. This mountain road has been driven on with absolutely crappy cars before, but usually the driving skills have been enough to get home.
Vonel suspects that the use of a safety harness could have saved the young man's life.
