Not sure if you have the whole mod setup, but there is basically a little drop down (I think it is 'SimplePlanes>Game Objects>Convoy') and you can get a premade convoy that you can move around and change the behavior. For instance, you could make it go 900 miles per hour and shoot down anything that moves. You also add things like bridges this way.
