I recently finished Cowboy Bebop and fell in love with the ship design, so I had to build something. Here is my Swordfish II:

This is by far the most fun craft to fly that I've ever made. It's capable of V/STOL, has great reverse thrust, and really fun weapons! It'll be out soon.
