Ministers sacked after corruption revealed

Chief Minister Vanessa Ramirez was embarrassed as she sacked around 5 ministers after it was revealed that the ministers were caught embezzling Sn250000 from the National Treasury.
The ministers sacked belong to these ministries:
1. Ministry for Information, Communication, and Technology
2. Ministry for Agriculture and Agrarian Reform
3. Ministry for Foreign Affairs
4. Ministry for Trade and Industry
5. Ministry for Settlement and Development
With the help of the SNC, the ministers were caught holding private parties in luxurious places around the past 4 days. When interrogated, the ministers claim the parties were "for the interests of the public".
This is the first time a corruption case happened in Snowstone. The ministers will have to be replaced by their respective deputies, while measures to avoid repeating this unfortunate incident have been planned.

Rioting in hardware store

Mouse traps are in demand in Snowstone due to the problem of rodents.
One hardware store faced a riot made by shoppers when the store's staff announced that there are only 10 mouse traps on sale. Around 60 shoppers fought each other to get the last mouse traps, costing the store Sn150 in damages.
When officers arrived to check, all 60 of the shoppers were found unconscious. 49 were confirmed dead and 1 was found to be injured according to rescuers.
After the incident, the Snowstone Assembly proposed a law that requires "business with products that are in extreme demand" to be guarded by a group of officers. The proposal is still being debated.
