Actress fined Sn400m in a traffic checkpoint

You may think that this is pretty weird for a traffic fine, however in Snowstone it's pretty normal.
Snowstone employs a system where a traffic fine depends on your income. Usually the fine is calculated as this: Fine=Income×80%
When Pamela Hessingler, a celebrity actress, got stopped on a checkpoint for speeding, officers inquired the Snowstone Revenue and Customs Office. They did the math and that's it, a fine of four hundred million Snotones.
When the ticket was handed to her, she was enraged according to Constable Henrik Virtanen, who was the breathalyzer officer that time.
"How dare you levy such an exorbitant 400 million speeding fine upon me! It's an outrageous affront to my standing in society. This fine amounts to a grievous injustice, punishing me, an esteemed member of the upper echelons, disproportionately. The audacity of their actions is simply unfathomable, and I shall not stand for it! I demand immediate reparation and an apology for this gross mistreatment!" –Vanessa Hessingler

Riots continue as election prepares

Vans carrying vote counting machines and technicians were facing bricks from the Disband SNC Movement.
It has been feared by many that rioters would try to manipulate the votes after the incident. Police escorts were assigned to every van that carries essential cargo, due to an extremely high risk of being ambushed when passing through certain areas.
"We will make sure that nobody will destroy the integrity of the results of the election at all costs possible, either by the use words or by the use of bayonets." –Ch Supt Weston Huang, Blue Glacial Park Division
